DEPARTED POWER FOR EVERY TYPE OF COOKING Its 3 burners total 5.45 kW and are distributed in different powers: a quick 2,700 W for boiling water or sauteing over a strong heat, a semi-fast 1,750 W for daily use, and one auxiliary of 1,000 W ideal for sauces or keeping food warm without to stick. The total consumption is 396 g/h, a useful data to calculate the actual expense of cylinder if you cook daily. BUTANE OR NATURAL GAS, YOU CHOOSE It leaves the factory configured for butane gas (cylinder), the most common installation in homes without natural gas intake. If your home has natural gas or you change supplies in the future, the conversion kit is included in the box: no need to buy loose parts or order a separate kit. SAFETY THAT IS NOT SEEN BUT ALWAYS ACTIVE Each burner incorporates a gas shut-off safety valve and an automatic thermocouple shut-off system. In simple terms: if the flame goes out by accident (a draft, a liquid overflowing from the pot), the sensor detects that there is no longer combustion and cuts off the gas passage automatically, preventing unburned gas from accumulating in the cooker. MATERIALS THOUGHT TO LAST THE DAILY USE The grills are made of cast iron, a heavy and stable material that holds pots and pans well without moving or deforming with the intense heat of the burners. The surface is made of black tempered glass: it resists bumps and scratches better than a painted metal plate, and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
